GRONA SHIPPING IS FAMILY OWNED

Since 1984, the Vedder family has been active in international shipping. What began with owned vessels and a shipyard evolved into three decades of innovation and fleet development.

Under the family’s leadership, more than 30 vessels have been designed, built and delivered.

Their experience spans Northern European waters to Antarctic expeditions — combining tradition, technical expertise and forward-thinking ship design.

HIGHLY EXPERIENCED TEAM

Daily operations are led by the Managing Director and a dedicated team of inspectors, overseeing vessels worldwide and reporting directly to management.

ISM, DOC and flag state compliance are managed in-house by our QA department.

Newbuilding projects are supervised on-site by an experienced European Site Manager supported by local inspectors, ensuring direct reporting lines and full quality control.
